Get new skills. Change your life. Our programs are designed to help you get on a better career path. We use a proven approach to economic empowerment through career training and personal development. We teach a variety of skills, both job skills and life skills, through hands-on training in your community. When you participate in our programs, you’ll be lifted up, mentally and spiritually. We provide hope and you’ll be inspired to change for the better.
At the end, you’ll be more able to get the kind of job you want and be successful doing it. You’ll become economically empowered and have a sense of purpose. And when you change yourself, you’ll change your community. You’ll change the world.
Our participants are between the ages of 16 and 24 and live on the southside of Chicago.
